Hazel Tucker's Baked Fish Hazel Tucker 1 pkg. frozen fish filets (skinless and boneless) 1 can Campbell's cream shrimp soup (undiluted) Buttered bread crumbs Thaw fish enough to separate pieces, removing spine bones. Grease pan, put in a single layer of fish. Salt and pepper lightly. Spoon soup over fish. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs over the top of the fish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. If crumbs have not browned by 20 minutes, put the dish under the broiler for a few minutes.
