Cheese-creamed Spinach Ranee D. Hussey 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach or 1 large can, drained 1 envelope dried onion soup 2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Cook spinach as directed. Drain. Combine with onion soup mix and sour cream. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Yields: 8-10 servings.
